Very nice, small and humble sandwich shop outside of town. The staff are friendly and the ingredients are fresh. I got the BLT and the bacon was surprisingly really nice. The bread was also freshly toasted. Very good! Good コスパ!

YUM! We ordered the BLT and roast beef sandwich, matcha latte (don’t offer dairy alternative milk) and cheesecake! All were delicious! Hours are funky 12-4 and they do run out of sandwiches at the end of the day! Day prior we got the soup bec we got there late and it was delicious. Such a great atmosphere here!

Container Coffeeshop is so inspiring! The sandwiches are incredible, and the homemade ginger ale is to die for. Run by a lovely local couple, it’s definitely a spot to visit.

Stopped by for lunch and had a really lovely roast beef sandwich with little chunky fried potatoes and a latte. The beef was cooked perfectly and the sauerkraut was really tasty, with a little hint of caraway/fennel. Lots of the ingredients are sourced locally and everything was light and fresh. The owner was really friendly and helpful and happy to make my sandwich without mayo. We sat at the wooden bar by the window and it was comfy and relaxed. The design and bits and bobs were all thought out and fun. The coffee was really good, well presented and in a nice handcrafted mug. Would definitely come back.

This small cafe in the form of a shipping container is the perfect spot to stop by and warm up with some delicious food and drinks. Friendly service by the family running the cafe really makes it feel like a home-away-from-home. All this in combination truly makes this cafe unique, I’d recommend that anyone close by in Niseko come give it a visit!

So cute - nestled amongst homes of Higashiyama Pension village. An escape on a rainy day. Beautiful sandwiches. Hand drip coffee. Room for 5-7 diners. Soup. Cute tote bag for sale. Great decor and views.
